We were established in 1997 in purpose built premises and since then we have expanded our site and are continually evolving to keep our facilities up-to-date. Our spacious two-tier premises offer amazing natural light and we pride ourself with the friendly atmosphere generated by our staff, members and visitors alike.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our qualified and motivated staff are here to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals. Health Assessments and Personal Programmes are available upon request or if you simply want to come along and do your own thing please do so!

We are situated in the heart of Kelso at Abbotsford Court Business Centre within easy walking distance from Kelso town centre or if you’re outwith the town, we have ample free parking facilities and bike rack.
